2021年大學(xué)英語四級(jí)考試報(bào)考指南：口語考試

1. 報(bào)考資格: 四級(jí)成績550分以上,六級(jí)成績520分以上.

2. 報(bào)名方式: 考生必須首先登錄網(wǎng)站www.cet.edu.cn，進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上報(bào)名。

3. 報(bào)名費(fèi): 50元

4. 考試形式:面對(duì)面:2名主考和3-4名考生

5. 試題構(gòu)成:自我介紹等; 發(fā)言和討論; 主考提問

6. 考試時(shí)間: 20分鐘(3名考生)

26分鐘(4名考生)

7. 考試成績: 總分為15分, 報(bào)道時(shí)分為 A 、 B 、 C 、 D四個(gè)等級(jí)

考試目標(biāo)

• 為適應(yīng)國家改革開放的需要，“全國大學(xué)英語四、六級(jí)考試委員會(huì)”從 1999 年 11 月起已在部分城市開始實(shí)施大學(xué)英語四、六級(jí)考試口語考試( CET Spoken English Test )

• 申請(qǐng)參加口語考試的考生必須是已經(jīng)獲得大學(xué)英語四、六級(jí)考試證書的在校生，且六級(jí)成績?cè)?75 分及以上或四級(jí)成績?cè)?80 分及以上

• 四、六級(jí)口語考試 2004 年已在全國 28 個(gè)省市的 34 個(gè)城市設(shè)立了考點(diǎn)

• 口語考試成績合格者由教育部高等教育司發(fā)給證書，證書分為 A 、 B 、 C 三個(gè)等級(jí)，成績低于 C 等的不發(fā)給證書

一、考試簡(jiǎn)介

1.1 考試性質(zhì)

大學(xué)英語四、六級(jí)考試口語考試( CET Spoken English Test ，簡(jiǎn)稱 CET-SET )用于測(cè)量我國大學(xué)生運(yùn)用英語進(jìn)行口頭交際的能力

1.2 考試對(duì)象

CET-SET 報(bào)考對(duì)象為獲得全國大學(xué)英語四、六級(jí)證書且成績達(dá)到一定分?jǐn)?shù)線的在校大學(xué)生。

試行階段的報(bào)考對(duì)象根據(jù)教育部有關(guān)文件決定，具體報(bào)名規(guī)定見考試委員會(huì)通知。

1.3 考試形式

CET-SET 考試采用面對(duì)面的形式，每場(chǎng)考試由 2 名主考和 3 (或 4 )名考生組成

考試總分為 15 分，分為 A 、 B 、 C 和 D 四個(gè)等級(jí)(描述見“能力等級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”)。

二、考生須知

2.1 考生報(bào)名

全國大學(xué)英語四、六級(jí)考試委員會(huì)根據(jù)教育部主管部門的文件規(guī)定，在有關(guān)城市設(shè)立若干個(gè)考點(diǎn)?？忌剿诳荚囍行闹付ǖ目键c(diǎn)報(bào)名并參加考試，報(bào)名時(shí)須隨身攜帶身份證、二寸報(bào)名照一張及報(bào)名費(fèi)用。

2.2 注意事項(xiàng)

考生須攜帶本人的準(zhǔn)考證和身份證準(zhǔn)時(shí)到規(guī)定的候考室報(bào)到，逾時(shí) 15 分鐘不得進(jìn)考場(chǎng)。

考生如發(fā)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)考證上的姓名有誤，請(qǐng)?jiān)谡介_考前將修改后的準(zhǔn)考證交給主考，由主考按身份證上的姓名核對(duì)并簽名確認(rèn)。

如中途無故退場(chǎng)，將作自動(dòng)放棄考試處理，成績一律記為不合格。

自備飲料;不得攜帶手機(jī)、拷機(jī)等通訊工具進(jìn)入候考室。

考生須在候考室等候參加考試，在候考期間未經(jīng)同意不得隨意離開候考室。

考試期間，必須遵守考場(chǎng)紀(jì)律，服從管理人員安排。

考試結(jié)束時(shí)，必須將準(zhǔn)考證交給主考，同時(shí)記下自己的準(zhǔn)考證號(hào)。

考試結(jié)束后，必須立即離開考區(qū)。

2.3 考試時(shí)間

一年兩次，分別在 5 月和 11 月。

2.4 考試地點(diǎn)

考試地點(diǎn)在考生報(bào)名的考點(diǎn)。具體考場(chǎng)在考生報(bào)到后隨機(jī)編組確定。

2.5 考生培訓(xùn)

考生必須參加考點(diǎn)組織的考前培訓(xùn)。

培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容包括：

通知考試時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、考場(chǎng)及候考室等考務(wù)安排

介紹大學(xué)英語四、六級(jí)考試口語考試程序并播放考試過程錄像

Topic Area : City Life

Topic : City Traffic

Part 1 (5 minutes)

Examiner:

Good morning (Good afternoon), everybody. Could you please tell me your name and the number of your admission ticket? Your name, please. And your number? … Your name? … And your number? ... Thank you.

Now would you please briefly introduce yourselves to each other? Remember, you should not mention the name of your university. (1.5 minutes)

OK, now that we know each other we can do some group work. First of all, I'd like to ask each of you to say something about life in the city.

1) How do you like living in Beijing ( Shanghai , Nanjing …)?

2) What do you think is the most serious challenge of living in a city like Beijing ( Shanghai , Nanjing …)?

3) How do you like shopping in a supermarket?

6) Can you say something about the entertainment available in your city?

Part 2 (10 minutes)

Examiner:

Now let's move on to something more specific. The topic for our discussion today is “City Traffic”. You'll have a picture (some pictures) showing two different types of transport. I'd like each of you to give a brief description of each type and then compare the two types. You'll have one minute to prepare and each of you will have one and a half minutes to talk about the picture(s). Don't worry if I interrupt you at the end of the time limit. Now here are your pictures.

Now, [ C1 ], would you please start first? [ C2 ] and [ C3 ], please put your pictures aside and listen to what [ C1 ] has to say.

[1.5 minutes later] OK. [ C2 ], now it's your turn.

Right. Now we all have some idea of various kinds of city transport. I'd like you to discuss this topic further and see if you can agree on which is the best type of transport for a big city like Beijing ( Shanghai , Nanjing …). During the discussion you may argue with each other or ask each other questions to clarify a point. You will have about four and a half minutes for the discussion. Your performance will be judged according to your contributions to the discussion.
