obesity is a big health problem, and childhood obesity is becoming increasingly serious in china. The rate of obesity is rising at 8% every year, especially in Biejing , the obese children are increasing at 10% every year and 20% in Shanghai.
I thing there are several reasons make this . Frist, the children today have many fast food to eat, It's hasn't nutrition and contain much fat. This kind of food is easy to make children obese. second, today children have too much time to watching TV, I know some children watch TV some six hours a day, it's too harm to children's health. The third reason, children don't like activity, more and more children are ivolved in computer games TV, and so on. Inactivity children is more easy to be attracked by illness. Their self-defeat is worse than the active children. and not only this. The further their personality will be effected, this will influence their balance development.
The chnnese obesity is more and more,I think we should develop more colourful activity for children. This need parents and teachers involved in more energy to it. We should lead children to more health's activity, Filling children's life , changing the phenomenon.

This kind of food is easy to make children obese. Second, today children have too much time to watch TV. I know that some children watch TV for six hours a day. It is too harmful to children's health. The third reason, children don't like activities. More and more children are ivolved in computer games, TV programs and so on. Inactive children are much easier to be attracked by illness. Their self-defeat is worse than the active children, and not only this. What's more, their personality will be effected, which will influence their balance development.
The Chinee obesity is more and more. I think we should develop more activities for children. This needs parents and teachers to put more energy in it.
