Whether the working setting is healthy, comfortable or not is crucial, because it will affect physical health and work efficiency.

Yes. Salary is important for bread and milk and should be reasonable and match what I’ve contributed to the organization.

Yes. Certificates can at least prove a person’s abilities, knowledge or techniques pertinent (有關(guān))to that job. And companies don’t have to prepare further training for them and thus reduce costs.
