To achieve genuine long-term and sustainable growth of the world economy, it is imperative to help the great number of developing countries achieve full development and narrow the gap in development between the North and the South.

We must take more credible actions to address the issue of development.In particular, we must secure development resources, improve development institutions and promote development cooperation to ensure that the UN MDGs be met as scheduled.
